Another year of unique and unusual times! While marketplace disruptions continue to make the property space challenging with non-renewals and premium increases, our team has met the needs of our clients. Our offices have remained open when possible, while the work from home capabilities have also strengthened through technology and agency systems in place. Our offices and staff members have been extremely busy but efficient in handling the tasks at hand. We continue to focus on growth, outstanding customer service, and delivering quick and professional response times. 

The agency was pleased to welcome their 5th consecutive first-place award, “Best of the Beach” Insurance Agency, presented by the local news outlet, The Sun News. Nationally, Phil Richardson was named to the “2021 Rising Stars”, while Brian Payne was recognized as a “2021 Top 10 Producer” respectively by Insurance Business. Elisabeth Crowe also celebrated her agency recognition as “Employee of the Year.” In addition, Brian has extended his commitment to The Hartford Insurance council, which will run through 2024.

As the year 2020 comes to a close, many of us can agree on it was a year that’s better behind us. While the year posed many new challenges, creating unprecedented setbacks to many industries alike, as an organization, we we’re excited to have continued our track record of meeting the needs of our clients by offering competitive products combined with excellent customer service and professional council. Despite some disruption in the current insurance marketplace, the agency was pleased to welcome approximately 4300 new policyholders across the Carolina’s while successfully increasing our footprint across targeted markets throughout South Carolina. The agency received their 4th consecutive award from The Sun News, as the 1st place “Best of The Beach 2020” Insurance Agency, while Brian Payne, President, was recognized by Insurance Business America as a “Platinum-Top Producer 2020” for the second consecutive year, and also a recipient of 

“Top Producers 2019” by Insurance Journal, a national award presented annually. Our team has continued to demonstrate our commitment to the clients we serve and have remained persistent in exceeding our growing client base’s expectations, which has proven to be essential during these times. 2019 was a good year for our team at Field Insurance and the clients we serve. While another year of storms and evacuations across the Carolina’s brought fear to many, we were blessed to have dodged the bullet once again, servicing our clients the entire way! We were able to add an additional 4,000 plus new clients throughout the low country, grand strand, South Carolina, and neighboring North Carolina this year. For that, we cannot thank you enough!! With continued growth, adds additional challenges that our team continues to demonstrate their passion for the industry by providing the quality of service and assistance that our clients have come to expect. Late, in the 4th quarter, we opened a new location to better serve clients in Pawleys Island, SC, with state of the art technology and data speed capabilities. 

Agent, Phil Richardson, received a national award from Safeco Insurance as a “Top Producer.” Brian Payne was named “ 2019 Top Producer” by Insurance Business Magazine, and the agency received 1st Place- “2019 Best of The Beach” a local award in the Myrtle Beach market for the third consecutive year. We have added several more talented individuals to our growing sales and service teams to provide the best customer service experience available.
